Parents are responsible for disclosing any underlying medical conditions and for providing any necessary medication, which must either be handed to a coach for safe storage in the first-aid kit or kept with the parent/guardian who remains in close proximity.
Parents also consent to emergency medical treatment being administered if necessary.
7. Communications & Platform Access
- All official Elite Development Project communications and session materials are shared via Hudl, and 360 Player.
- Only parents/guardians are permitted to access Hudl and 360 Player accounts. Players will not be issued individual accounts, and 360 Player does not allow separate child accounts. Players are therefore not permitted to contact other players or coaches directly through these platforms.
- Log-in details are issued to parents/guardians only. Parents must not share these credentials with their child to download on their own devices.

Participation is at the player’s own risk. The Elite Development Project is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Photography & Video
Training sessions and matches may be photographed and filmed for coaching, analysis, and player development purposes. Footage is securely uploaded to Hudl, where it is accessible to parents and players for review and learning.
Footage may also be uploaded to the 360Player platform. Any use of photos or videos for marketing purposes, including on the official website (www.elitedevelopmentproject.com), Pebble, Pixieset, Hudl, 360 Player, or social media channels, will only occur with explicit parental consent.
Parents may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time and are responsible for notifying Elite Development Project if they wish to do so.

Any complaints or concerns relating to the Elite Development Project, its staff, sessions, or operations should be submitted in writing to info@elitedevelopmentproject.com
Elite Development Project will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a reasonable timeframe and will aim to investigate and respond promptly and fairly within 48 hours
13. Training Session/Game capture & Registration
Filming is an essential part of the Elite Development Project’s coaching, analysis, and player development. Footage from sessions is used to support learning and improvement for all players.
For this reason, Elite Development Project cannot accept registrations for players whose parents/guardians do not provide consent for filming. This is purely to ensure that the learning experience of other children is not affected.
Consent for marketing purposes is separate and can be withdrawn at any time, but coaching and development filming is mandatory for participation.
14. Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Continued participation in the Elite Development Project activities following notification of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
